View approved original text

This is for the treatment of idiopathic Parkinson's disease. Initially, the medication can be used alone or as an adjunct therapy with dopamine agonists. If symptoms progress and motor fluctuations occur, i.e., symptoms that appear when the effect of the drug wears off, levodopa can be added as an adjunct therapy. Through this treatment method, the motor function of Parkinson's disease can be improved, and symptom control can be facilitated.
