Vitamin C is necessary for physical fatigue, pregnancy, breastfeeding, decreased physical strength during illness or after illness, in developmental stages, and in old age. Vitamin C helps to alleviate pigmentation such as melasma and freckles caused by sunlight or skin diseases, and it assists in preventing gum bleeding and nosebleeds. Meanwhile, Vitamin D is important for preventing poor bone and dental development as well as rickets, and it is advisable to supply them simultaneously. Thus, Vitamins C and D are effective for skin health, bleeding prevention, and bone health, and are used for health improvement across various ages and situations.
