How to take

Adult dose

Take 100mg of bromelain per dose, twice a day, 30 minutes before meals with water.

For children over 12 years old, take 100mg of bromelain per dose, twice a day, 30 minutes before meals with water.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with severe blood clotting disorders, such as hemophilia. It is also not safe for patients with severe liver or kidney diseases, especially those undergoing dialysis.
