Individuals allergic to the components of this medication or similar drugs should not take it, and it should be avoided in cases of severe kidney or liver disease. Patients with low sodium or fluid levels in the body should improve their conditions before taking this medication, and caution should be exercised as symptoms of hypotension may occur. Patients with high potassium levels in the blood should regularly monitor their potassium levels and be especially careful when taking medications high in potassium. Patients with problems in renal blood vessels or those who have undergone kidney transplantation should use this medication cautiously as it may worsen kidney function. Angioedema may occur; if symptoms such as swelling of the face, lips, or tongue appear, take the medication immediately and seek medical attention. Patients with heart failure or after myocardial infarction should closely monitor changes in kidney function and blood pressure while taking this medication, and caution is needed in patients with severe heart failure. Due to the blood pressure-lowering effect of this medication, overdose may cause dizziness or severe hypotension, and in such cases, immediate medical assistance is required. Caution is advised as dizziness or fatigue may occur when driving or operating machinery. When used in combination with other medications, interactions may change the effects or increase side effects, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. This medication is not recommended for children under 18 years of age due to the lack of established safety and efficacy. Elderly patients may use the standard dosage, but monitoring for adverse reactions is important.
