How to take

Adult dose

It is recommended to administer an initial dose of 1 tablet and thereafter maintain a dosing interval of at least 12 hours, ensuring not to exceed 4 tablets in a day. Use this medication only for the necessary duration of time; if prolonged use is required, regular monitoring should be conducted to assess the need for continued administration. Elderly patients may be administered the usual adult dose, but for those over 75 years, dosing intervals should be at least 12 hours due to the increased half-life of tramadol by 17% when taken orally.

Precautions

This medication may affect liver function, so individuals who regularly drink more than a certain amount of alcohol daily should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Some ingredients in this medication may rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if a rash or allergic symptoms appear after taking it, discontinue use immediately and consult with medical personnel.
