Relief of muscle and tendon pain, joint disorders (arthritis, etc.), and post-traumatic swelling and pain
This medication is effective for degenerative arthritis and pericapsular shoulder inflammation, as well as tendinitis, tenosynovitis, tendopathy, and lateral epicondylitis, commonly known as tennis elbow. It also helps relieve muscle pain, fibromyalgia, and swelling and pain following trauma. Overall, it is used to reduce various inflammations and pains, improving discomfort experienced in daily life.
Adults: Apply 1g (approximately 3cm) to the affected area 3-4 times daily and gently rub it in to help it absorb well.
This medication should not be used in certain patients. Do not administer to individuals who have an allergy to this drug or similar components. Those who have experienced asthma or urticaria due to aspirin, or other anti-inflammatory analgesics, should not use this medication. Additionally, children under 14 years of age should not use this medication. Patients with bronchial asthma should be particularly cautious when using this medication, as severe asthma attacks may occur. Using this medication may cause symptoms such as itching, redness, rash, or scaling on the skin. If these symptoms worsen, use should be discontinued. Furthermore, long-term or excessive use may lead to systemic side effects such as nausea, gastrointestinal discomfort, breathing difficulties, and kidney issues. This medication does not directly treat the cause of inflammation or pain but helps relieve symptoms. If there is a skin infection, it may mask the infection, so it should be used in conjunction with infection treatments while closely monitoring the condition. When used for chronic conditions, consideration of other treatment methods alongside medication is necessary, and careful monitoring for side effects occurring is advised. During pregnancy, particularly in the last three months, this medication should not be used as it may lead to delayed delivery, bleeding, fetal cardiopulmonary issues, and kidney problems. While no significant issues were found in animal studies during early to mid-pregnancy, safety in humans is not confirmed, so caution is advised. Additionally, since small amounts of this medication's components are excreted in breast milk, it is advisable not to use it during lactation. The safety of this medication has not been established in premature infants, newborns, infants, and children, so it is advisable not to use it in these populations. Elderly patients may experience side effects more easily, so it should be used cautiously at the minimum effective dose. This medication should not be applied to wounds, infected skin, eczema, burns, or the eyes and mucous membranes. It should not be used under airtight dressings, and caution should be exercised if there is skin damage, as irritation may occur.
Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
Store this medication in a sealed container to prevent air and moisture ingress. Additionally, it should be kept at room temperature, ideally between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius, without exposing it to extreme heat or cold.
