This medication is designed for patients who need to take telmisartan and rosuvastatin simultaneously. Telmisartan helps treat hypertension and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. It is particularly effective in high-risk patients, reducing the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and death due to cardiovascular disease. Rosuvastatin plays an important role in managing hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia, slowing the progression of atherosclerosis and reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases. It also effectively reduces the risk of stroke, myocardial infarction, and vascular interventions in certain high-risk patients. Therefore, this medication is used to improve cardiovascular health in patients with both hypertension and dyslipidemia.
