Adult dose
In adults, rabeprazole sodium is administered orally once a day at 10 mg. Depending on the symptoms, it can be taken orally once a day at 20 mg. This medication is used for the treatment of gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers, and helps alleviate symptoms of erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease. It is also applicable for long-term maintenance therapy of gastroesophageal reflux disease. It is effective in antibiotic combination therapy for gastrointestinal ulcer patients infected with Helicobacter pylori, and is also used to treat Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It is utilized for improving various digestive disorders.

How to take

Adult dose

In adults, rabeprazole sodium is administered orally once a day at 10 mg. Depending on the symptoms, it can be taken orally once a day at 20 mg. For gastric ulcers, it is given for up to 8 weeks, and for duodenal ulcers for up to 6 weeks. Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with allergies to certain drugs or components. Patients with allergies to penicillin antibiotics or macrolide antibiotics should also be cautious.
