Adult administration

Adjust the dose based on a physician's prescription by checking the serum level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D. Administer 200,000 IU of cholecalciferol via intramuscular injection. Ensure the yearly dose does not exceed 600,000 IU.

Child administration

Precautions

This medication contains Vitamin D, and excessive dosing can cause elevated calcium levels in the body.
