This medicine is used for patients with essential hypertension who cannot achieve adequate blood pressure control with monotherapy of amlodipine or telmisartan alone. It helps effectively lower blood pressure and prevent cardiovascular complications.

How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dose for this drug is 1 tablet once daily, to be taken with water regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day (e.g., in the morning) if possible. Dizziness, peripheral edema, upper respiratory infections (including pharyngitis and sinusitis), urinary tract infections (including cystitis), anemia, hyperkalemia, hypoglycemia (in diabetic patients), hyponatremia, depression, insomnia, anxiety, confusion, drowsiness, migraine, headache, paresthesia, visual disturbances (including double vision), dizziness, tinnitus, palpitations, bradycardia, tachycardia, flushing, hypotension, orthostatic hypotension, cough, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth
