When ischemic symptoms due to chronic arterial occlusion are not sufficiently improved with cilostazol monotherapy, an alternative therapy of combining cilostazol and Ginkgo leaf extract can be used. This combination therapy helps effectively improve symptoms of chronic arterial occlusion such as ulcers, pain, and cold sensations. It is also used to prevent recurrence after a cerebral infarction (excluding cardiogenic cerebral embolism). This treatment contributes to alleviating symptoms by improving blood circulation and assisting vascular function. Depending on the patient's condition, appropriate treatments can be selected to help manage symptoms.
