For 0.1% and 0.3% formulations, instill 1 drop at a time, 5 to 6 times a day. Adjust according to symptoms. Usually, 0.1% is prescribed, and if the effect is insufficient in cases of severe disease, 0.3% is used.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients allergic to protein-based medications or its components. Various eye-related side effects such as itching, irritation, redness, conjunctivitis, and keratitis may occur, therefore, if any of these symptoms arise, stop use immediately and consult a physician. Rarely, symptoms like eye discharge or eye pain may occur, so caution is necessary. There may be increased side effects when used with other eye-related medications like steroids or treatments for dry eyes, so caution should be exercised when co-administered. This product should not be used simultaneously with other eye drops, and it is advisable to use this after a gap of about 30 minutes following the use of other eye drops. This medication is for direct ocular instillation only, and care must be taken to avoid contact of the container tip with the eyelid or eyelashes. If the container is contaminated, the medication may deteriorate, so contaminated products should not be used. Since the preservative components may adhere to soft contact lenses, use is not recommended while wearing lenses, and lenses can be worn at least 15 minutes after use. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children and in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Additionally, it is crucial not to transfer it to another container to maintain product quality. For single-use products, use immediately after opening, and any remaining liquid should be discarded; the first 1-2 drops should be discarded without instilling.
