How to take

Adult dose

This medication can be taken regardless of meals, but it is recommended to take it at the same time every day. 1. Precautions

This medicine can cause serious harm to the fetus if taken during pregnancy, particularly in the second and third trimesters; therefore, it should not be taken by pregnant women or women who may become pregnant. This drug should not be administered to patients with severely impaired liver function or specific genetic diseases, or to those with a history of angioedema. Elderly patients or those with elevated serum potassium levels, and patients with mild to moderate hepatic impairment should use this drug with particular caution. This drug lowers blood pressure; therefore, symptoms of hypotension or renal dysfunction may occur, and if these symptoms appear, immediate consultation with a physician is advisable. This medicine can dangerously elevate serum potassium levels if taken together with potassium-sparing diuretics or potassium supplements, so do not take them together without a doctor's instructions. During treatment, it is important to regularly check blood pressure and kidney function, as well as electrolyte levels in the blood, to identify any abnormalities. During the use of this drug, symptoms such as sudden dizziness or loss of consciousness may occur, so caution is advised when driving or operating hazardous machinery. This drug is not recommended for breastfeeding women; if it must be taken, cessation of breastfeeding is advised. In cases of overdose, symptoms like hypotension and bradycardia may develop, necessitating immediate medical attention. This drug should be kept out of reach of children and should not be transferred to other containers.

Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, angioedema (which can cause airway obstruction due to laryngeal/glottis swelling), swelling of the face/lips/pharynx/tongue, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucosa, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attack, respiratory distress accompanied by cough and fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), profound drowsiness

Mild side effects

Muscle cramps, back pain, leg pain, dizziness, congestion, upper respiratory infection, sinusitis, nausea, diarrhea, indigestion, cough, sinus disorder, pharyngitis, muscle pain, insomnia, headache, weakness/fatigue, swelling/edema, abdominal pain, chest pain, swelling of the lips and eyelids, facial rash, peeling of thin skin on the palms, hemolysis, facial edema, fever, orthostatic effects, fainting, angina, second-degree atrioventricular block, myocardial infarction, arrhythmias associated with atrial fibrillation
