Relief of pain from cold and arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis)
This medication is effectively used for fever and pain due to colds, low back pain, menstrual pain, as well as rheumatoid arthritis and degenerative joint diseases. It also helps relieve pain after surgery. It can be used for various pains such as headache, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, and neuralgia, as well as ankylosing spondylitis and acute gout. It is also suitable for treating soft tissue injuries such as psoriatic arthritis, sprains, and contusions, and is helpful for non-joint rheumatic conditions such as tendinitis, bursitis, and synovitis. This medication is effective in improving various pains and inflammatory diseases.
1. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-joint rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: 200-600 mg per dose, taken orally 3-4 times a day. A maximum of 3200 mg can be taken in one day. 3. Mild to moderate pain, cold: 200-400 mg per dose, taken orally 3-4 times a day. 4. Migraine: 200-400 mg per dose taken orally. 24 hours
1. Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis: Take 30-40 mg per kg body weight divided into 3-4 oral doses per day. 5. Adolescents above 12 years: 200-400 mg 1 time, 3-4 times a day.
This medication should be used with caution in individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day, as it may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding; consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is necessary. Those taking this medication for an extended period or at risk for cardiovascular diseases should closely monitor for symptoms of myocardial infarction, stroke, and other cardiovascular adverse reactions. Adverse gastrointestinal reactions may include gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation; the risk is higher in the elderly or long-term users, so gastrointestinal symptoms should be carefully monitored during use. Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, or those with severe liver, kidney, or heart dysfunction should not take this medication, nor should those with hypersensitivity or a history of asthma. During late pregnancy, it should not be taken as it may risk ductus arteriosus closure in the fetus, and patients receiving high-dose methotrexate during cancer treatment should also refrain from using it. Do not exceed the recommended dose, and it is safer not to take it with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. If breastfeeding, this medication may transfer to breast milk and cause side effects in the infant, so either breastfeeding should be discontinued or the medication should be stopped. Those with a history of blood disorders, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension, or those on certain medications must consult a healthcare professional before use. If unusual symptoms such as rash, difficulty breathing, severe headache, visual disturbances, gastrointestinal bleeding, swelling occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. This medication should be taken at the lowest effective dose for the shortest period necessary, and regular monitoring of liver, kidney, and blood status is recommended during long-term use. During pregnancy, particularly after 20 weeks, there is a risk of fetal kidney dysfunction and oligohydramnios; if necessary, administer at the lowest effective dose for a short period and closely monitor amniotic fluid status. Keep out of reach of children, and store the medication in its original container to prevent deterioration and misuse.
Hives, severe swelling (angioedema, periorbital edema, facial edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, low blood pressure, severe allergic reactions (shock, anaphylaxis), severe skin reactions (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, DRESS syndrome, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis), gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal ulcers, gastrointestinal perforation, bloody stools, vomiting blood, liver abnormalities (hepatitis, jaundice, liver dysfunction)

This medication should not be taken by patients undergoing cancer treatment receiving high doses of methotrexate. Do not take with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Patients taking low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors should consult a doctor or pharmacist.
This medication must be stored in a tightly closed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is best to maintain the storage temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. Avoid storing in excessively hot or cold places.
