Adult dose

Typically, adults take 23 g twice a day before meals or in between meals in the morning and evening.

Child dose

For ages 7-14 years: 15.3 g (2/3 of adult dosage), for ages 4-6 years: 11.5 g (1/2 of adult dosage), for ages 2-3 years: 7.7 g (1/3 of adult dosage), for infants under 1 year: 5.8 g (1/4 of adult dosage).

This medication should not be taken by infants under 3 months of age. Patients taking other medications or elderly individuals, as well as those with weak stomachs, should consult with a healthcare professional or pharmacist before taking this medication. Particularly, patients with no appetite or experiencing nausea or vomiting symptoms should consult a professional before taking this medication. Infants under 1 year of age should also consult a professional before taking this medication. If any rash, hives, indigestion, vomiting, diarrhea, or other symptoms occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Also, if symptoms do not improve after several days of use, stop taking the medication and consult a professional. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly followed, and care should be taken to avoid overlapping ingredients when taking this medication with other herbal medicines. Parents or guardians must supervise and guide children when taking this medication, and do not place spoons soaked in hot or cold water into the bottle. If reusing a dosing spoon, it must be cleaned thoroughly and dried completely. This medication should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and must be sealed tightly after use. It is important to keep it out of reach of children. Moreover, transferring medication from its original container to another container can decrease its quality or risk misuse, so it should always be kept in its original container tightly closed.
