Precautions

People who regularly consume more than 3 alcoholic beverages a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this drug, as it may cause gastrointestinal bleeding when taken with alcohol. This drug may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Particularly, there may be a heightened risk of heart attack or stroke, so those with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should exercise caution. Such patients should closely monitor cardiovascular symptoms during treatment and take immediate action if symptoms appear. This drug can cause serious gastrointestinal issues, such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforation. Elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases should take extra precautions and seek medical attention if gastrointestinal symptoms occur. Individuals with certain conditions such as gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding, severe liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, severe heart failure, and high blood pressure should not take this drug. Likewise, those who are allergic to this drug or its components, or have a history of asthma, should avoid using it. Do not take this medication with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Combining these may increase the risk of serious gastrointestinal bleeding. Furthermore, taking it together with high doses of methotrexate may result in severe toxicity, and should be avoided. During treatment, breastfeeding should be discontinued or the medication should be stopped. This drug may cause dizziness or fatigue, and caution is needed when driving or operating machinery. Long-term use at high doses can lead to headaches. Individuals with blood abnormalities, liver or kidney diseases, high blood pressure, heart failure, a history of allergies, the elderly, children, and pregnant women should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this drug. This medication can harm the fetus in late pregnancy, so particular caution is necessary. If severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver function abnormalities, renal function deterioration, or neurological symptoms occur during the use of this drug, it should be discontinued immediately and medical advice sought. This drug should be used for the minimum duration and dose necessary, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function checks are required for long-term use. Additionally, this medication is used to alleviate symptoms rather than treat the underlying causes of inflammation or pain. After 20 weeks of pregnancy, it may affect fetal kidney function, so the duration and dosage should be minimized, and amniotic fluid status should be monitored via ultrasound if necessary. In case of overdose, immediate medical attention should be sought even if symptoms are absent, as gastric lavage or dilution may be necessary. This drug should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place. Avoid transferring to other containers.
