Additionally, it plays a role in reducing painful swelling and inflammation that occur after trauma or surgery. How to take

Adult dose

As dexibuprofen, take 300 mg orally 2 to 4 times a day. However, do not exceed 1,200 mg of dexibuprofen per day.

Precautions

This medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day, so it should be taken only after consulting a doctor or pharmacist. Taking this medication in combination with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and reduce its efficacy, so co-administration should be avoided. It is recommended to either discontinue breastfeeding or stop taking the medication while on this medication, as dizziness or fatigue may occur, necessitating caution while driving or operating machinery. Individuals with a history of blood abnormalities, tendency to bleed, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, heart failure, and hypertension should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If serious adverse reactions such as shock, severe skin rash, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, or cardiovascular symptoms occur while taking this medication, it should be stopped immediately and medical advice sought. This medication should be taken at the lowest effective dose for the shortest period necessary, and regular blood tests and monitoring of liver and kidney function are required during long-term administration.
