This medication helps improve physical fatigue, decrease in physical strength during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and recovery of strength during and after illness through the supply of vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6. It is also effective in alleviating symptoms of peripheral circulatory disorders and menopause such as shoulder and neck stiffness, and numbness and coldness of hands and feet. It is used for relief of various inflammatory symptoms, including neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It helps prevent beriberi and recover from eye fatigue, thereby improving overall physical strength and health. Additionally, it is effective in alleviating muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Therefore, this medication is widely used for the improvement of various symptoms and maintenance of health.
Dosage and Administration
Adult dosage
Adults 12 years and older: Take 1 capsule twice a day.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to certain ingredients or who have shown hypersensitivity reactions. Infants under 12 months or individuals with severe kidney function impairment should not use this medication. Those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should also refrain from taking this medication. It is important not to take this medication concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics like tetracycline, antacids, and medications like levodopa. Individuals under 1 year of age, patients currently undergoing treatment, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and children should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. Caution is necessary for individuals with heart or circulatory diseases, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, and pancreatitis (metabolic disorders). If symptoms like gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash or redness, nausea, vomiting, heart rate abnormalities, or central nervous system function impairment develop, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Women should take care due to the possibility of menstrual cycles becoming shorter or bleeding lasting longer. Women taking estrogen-containing oral contraceptives or those at risk for thromboembolism should be cautious, as taking vitamin E may increase the risk of thromboembolism. Long-term high-dose use of pyridoxine can result in neurological symptoms; hence, caution is warranted. Patients with folic acid deficiency who take a certain dosage or more of vitamin B12 may experience blood abnormalities. Overdose may result in nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema. Caution is needed when taking this with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, as there may be a risk of hyperkalemia. If symptoms do not improve after taking for over one month, consult a professional. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and administer to children under adult supervision. This medication can turn urine yellow, which may affect test results, so please keep that in mind. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing beverages, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Patients at risk of lipid overload should monitor their blood lipid levels and adjust dosages accordingly. If using other injectable lipid medications, consider the lipid content when adjusting dosages. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place in a tightly sealed container. To maintain quality, it is important not to transfer the medication to another container.
