Improvement of epithelial disorders of the conjunctiva (endogenous, exogenous)
This medication is used to treat epithelial disorders of the conjunctiva caused by endogenous diseases such as Sjögren's syndrome, mucous membrane skin syndrome, and dry eye syndrome, as well as exogenous epithelial disorders of the conjunctiva caused by surgery, drug side effects, trauma, and contact lens use.
Instill 1 drop at a time, 5-6 times a day. Adjust appropriately according to symptoms.
This medication is an eye drop containing sodium hyaluronate, used to alleviate dryness or irritation of the eyes. This product should not be used by individuals who are allergic to protein-based medications or have hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in this product. During use, symptoms such as eyelid itching, eye irritation, conjunctivitis, redness, corneal disorders, and foreign body sensation may occur. If these symptoms arise, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Additionally, ocular discharge or eye pain may occur in rare cases, so appropriate measures should be taken if such symptoms appear. When using this medication, there is a possibility of adverse reactions occurring more frequently when used concurrently with other eye drops, such as steroids, dry eye treatments, antibiotics, glaucoma medications, antihistamines, cataract medications, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, so caution is advised. This medication contains phosphate and can rarely cause corneal calcification in patients with severe corneal damage, so it should be used with caution. When using other eye drops, they should be administered at least 30 minutes apart to prevent mixing of the medications. This medication is for use only in the eyes, and care should be taken to ensure that the tip of the container does not come into contact with the eyelids or eyelashes to avoid contamination. For single-use products, the first 1-2 drops should be discarded before use, and any remaining solution should not be stored after opening, and should be discarded immediately. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, it is advisable not to share the product. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool place. Finally, do not transfer the medication to another container to maintain its quality.
