Additionally, it is used to prevent recurrence after a cerebral infarction. How to take

Adult dose

For cilostazol, the usual adult dose is 100 mg orally twice daily. The dosage may be adjusted according to age and symptoms.

Precautions

This medication may increase heart rate and pose a risk of angina symptoms, so patients should be carefully monitored for symptoms of angina, such as chest pain. Patients with bleeding or at high risk of bleeding, patients with congestive heart failure, patients allergic to this medication or its components, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, and nursing mothers should not take this medication.
