Vikain Cream (Lidocaine)

Adult dosage

Apply 0.25-0.66 grams (23-62 mg as lidocaine) 5-15 minutes before intercourse. Do not exceed a maximum of 2 grams (184 mg as lidocaine) within 24 hours.

This medication should not be used if you or your partner are allergic to this drug or amide-type local anesthetics. Patients with wounds or inflammation at the application site should also not use this medication. It is safer for pregnant individuals not to use this medication. Patients with liver or kidney disease should use this medication with caution. This medication contains propylene glycol, so those with allergies or a history of hypersensitivity to this ingredient should use it with caution. If a rash or irritation occurs during use, discontinue use immediately, and consult a doctor if symptoms persist. It should be avoided for long-term use without a doctor's instructions for more than 3 months. This medication is intended for external use only, and care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes or nose. Do not spray on the same area for more than 3 seconds continuously. Keep out of reach of children or infants. Store in a place that avoids high temperatures above 40 degrees, very low temperatures, and direct sunlight. After use, do not dispose of it by burning, and safely dispose of it.
