Serious side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations may occur, so special caution is required for the elderly or those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases. Patients with serious conditions such as peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, or heart failure should not use this medication.
