Precautions

This medication must be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist before use by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, as it may cause gastrointestinal bleeding. It can affect the cardiovascular system and may increase the risk of serious cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction or stroke. Those with a history of cardiovascular disease or risk factors should exercise heightened caution and be vigilant for signs of cardiovascular symptoms. This medication may increase the risk of gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforation. The risk is greater for the elderly or those with a history of gastrointestinal disorders, requiring close monitoring of gastrointestinal symptoms during use. Patients with specific conditions such as peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, or heart failure should not take this medication. Patients with hypersensitivity or a history of allergic reactions to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should also avoid this medication. Pregnant women in late pregnancy and nursing mothers, patients with inflammatory bowel disease, and those with lactose intolerance should refrain from use. Patients with a history of peptic ulcers or blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, heart failure, asthma, or hypertension should take this medication cautiously, following physician instructions and careful monitoring. If symptoms of hypersensitivity such as rash, itching, difficulty breathing, or hives occur during use, immediately discontinue use and seek medical attention. If gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain, hematemesis, melena, or chest burning arise, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a hospital. The medication may cause neurological symptoms such as drowsiness, dizziness, or headache, necessitating caution when driving or operating machinery. Serious adverse effects such as liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, or blood anomalies may occur, so regular testing and monitoring are necessary. There may be interactions with other medications, so inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any other medications, particularly blood pressure medications, anticoagulants, diuretics, or anticancer drugs. During pregnancy, especially in the late stages, it should not be taken as it can harm the fetus, and it should not be used while breastfeeding. Safety in children has not been established, so it is advisable not to use in pediatric patients. Elderly patients are at a higher risk of side effects and require extra caution during treatment.
