Adult administration

Precautions

This medicine should not be used by those who have had an allergic reaction to its ingredients. Those allergic to other drugs should use this medicine with caution. Individuals with liver function problems or a history of liver disease also need to be cautious. If there are skin diseases or infections in the joint, caution is needed as this medicine is injected directly into the joint. Serious allergic reactions can cause shock during use, so if symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and seek treatment. If there are symptoms such as swelling of the face or eyelids, rashes, or itching, stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor. Temporary pain, swelling, redness, warmth, or severe pressure in the injected joint areas may occur. Nausea, vomiting, and fever may also occur rarely. If there is severe inflammation in the joint, it is advisable to reduce the inflammation before using this medicine. It helps to stabilize the joint after injection. If the medicine leaks out of the joint, it may cause pain, so it should be injected accurately into the joint. Injections should be done in a sterile condition, and if symptoms do not improve, discontinue treatment after three injections. If there is fluid accumulation in the joint, it may be necessary to remove it before injection. This medicine should not be injected directly into blood vessels and is not used for eye treatment. A needle gauge of 22-23 is appropriate. Care should be taken when used with sterilizing disinfectants, as precipitates may form. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should use this medicine cautiously only if absolutely necessary, as its safety is not established. This medicine can also be transmitted through breast milk, so it is advisable to avoid breastfeeding during treatment. The safety in children has not been sufficiently confirmed, so it should be used with caution only if absolutely necessary. Older adults may have reduced body function, so they should be more cautious.
