When cilostazol monotherapy is insufficiently effective, combination therapy with cilostazol and ginkgo biloba extract can be considered to improve ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and coldness associated with chronic arterial occlusion. Additionally, this combination therapy may help prevent recurrence after a cerebral infarction. This treatment is used to improve blood flow and prevent thrombosis, effectively alleviating the patient's symptoms.
