This medication is beneficial when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, when health is deteriorated due to illness or recovery, during the growth period of children, and in old age. The included vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc help with the healthy growth of bones and teeth and prevent rickets. It also helps relieve pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, joint pain, and improves symptoms of inflammation around the mouth such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis. It is also effective for beriberi and eye fatigue. Overall, it is used to enhance physical strength and relieve various inflammations and pains.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 12 years and older, take 1 tablet once daily after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with elevated calcium levels in the blood or unknown systemic inflammatory diseases, or those with kidney disease. Additionally, those with allergic reactions to this medication or its components should avoid taking it. It is also safer for infants under 12 months and patients with kidney stones not to take this medication. During the course of this medication, it should not be taken with certain drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. Also, if menstruation suddenly becomes more frequent or bleeding persists for a long time, it should be discontinued, and consultation should follow. High-dose usage can lead to several side effects, such as peptic ulcers, blood sugar control issues, liver damage, and edema.
