This medicine is used to relieve constipation and associated loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, intestinal fermentation abnormalities, and symptoms of hemorrhoids.

How to take

Adult dose

1 tablet per dose, 3 times a day before meals (between meals or after meals). The dosing interval should be more than 4 hours. The initial dose should be the minimum amount, adjusting based on the shape and condition of the stool.

Child dose

Ages 11 to 14: take 1 tablet twice a day before meals (between meals or after meals). The dosing interval should be more than 4 hours. The initial dose should be the minimum amount, adjusting based on the shape and condition of the stool.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with acute abdominal diseases or intestinal obstruction. It is advisable not to take this medication within 1 hour after consuming antacids or milk. Patients experiencing severe abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting; pregnant women or those who may become pregnant; patients with kidney problems; and those taking other medications must consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. You must adhere to the prescribed dosage and usage, and when administering it to children, supervision and guidance from an adult are required. Long-term use can lead to tolerance to the medication and worsening constipation, so avoid continuous use for more than 1 week. If you find yourself needing to take laxatives daily, it is crucial to investigate the underlying cause of constipation. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and in a tightly sealed container.
