Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs including this medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular problems, such as myocardial infarction or stroke, so individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should be particularly cautious. It may cause serious gastrointestinal issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations, so caution is especially advised for the elderly or those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases. Patients with peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, liver impairment, kidney impairment, or heart failure should not use this medication, and those with a history of allergic reactions should also refrain from use. This medication can also cause gastrointestinal symptoms such as stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, as well as headaches, dizziness, skin rashes, and severe allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis, so if any symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately and inform medical personnel. Long-term use requires regular blood tests, liver function tests, and kidney function tests, and should any abnormalities be found, consultation with a doctor is necessary. Drug interactions may occur if taken with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or specific medications (such as ACE inhibitors, diuretics, lithium, methotrexate, etc.), so inform your doctor. During late pregnancy, this medication should not be used due to potential risks to the fetus and should only be taken for the shortest duration at the minimal effective dose during mid or early pregnancy if absolutely necessary. Breastfeeding women are advised not to take this medication as its ingredients may pass into breast milk. Safety in children has not been established, and use is not recommended.
