Infants under 1 year, individuals under medical treatment, children exposed to excessive sunlight, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant or lactating women, premature infants and those under two years should consult healthcare professionals before use. Particularly, the vitamin D in this drug can be transmitted through breast milk to newborns, potentially causing hypercalcemia, so caution is needed. The drug includes pigments, Yellow 4 and Yellow 5, so individuals allergic to these substances should take it with caution. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, gastrointestinal discomfort, low blood pressure, or pulmonary edema occur during use, the medication should be discontinued immediately and healthcare professionals consulted. In cases of unusually early menstruation or prolonged bleeding, consultation with a specialist is also necessary. The concurrent use of this drug with oral contraceptives containing estrogen may increase the risk of thrombosis, so caution is advised. Long-term use of high doses may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of pyridoxine may cause neurological damage. Excessive intake of vitamin B12 can lead to hematological abnormalities, so it requires attention. High doses could lead to peptic ulcers, glucose intolerance, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. In cases of overdose, symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema. The concurrent use of antialdosterone agents or triamterene may dangerously raise serum potassium levels, so caution is warranted. If there is no improvement in symptoms after one month, it is essential to consult healthcare professionals. It is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosages and administration guidelines, and any administration to children should be under adult supervision. This medication can affect blood glucose detection in urine tests and may change the urine color to yellow, affecting test results. It is advisable to avoid consuming tea that contains tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after use. When storing, keep in a sealed container away from children, and protect from direct sunlight by storing in a cool, dry place.
