Prevention of skin infections before surgery and injections
This medication is used to clean and disinfect the patient's skin before surgery to prevent infection. It also disinfects the skin before inserting a syringe needle or catheter to prevent bacterial invasion. By doing so, it helps reduce the risk of infection after surgery or procedures, ensuring patient safety.

This medication should not be used by individuals who are hypersensitive to chlorhexidine. Avoid direct use on critical areas such as the brain, spine, eyes, and ears, as it may cause auditory nerve damage or neurological disorders. It is especially advisable not to use it on mucous membranes, particularly the genital mucosa. Do not use on infants under 2 months of age. Individuals with allergies to other medications or a history or family history of allergic diseases such as asthma should consult a physician or pharmacist before use. Caution is necessary when using on wounded skin, burned areas, mucous membranes, and large areas of immature skin, as there is an increased risk. If symptoms such as skin rash, hives, nausea, dizziness, or breathing difficulties occur during use, immediately discontinue use and consult a professional. Take care to prevent contact with the eyes, and if contact occurs, wash eyes thoroughly with clean water immediately. This product is for external use only and must never be taken orally or injected. If ingested by mistake, wash the stomach by giving milk or eggs and seek appropriate treatment at a hospital. Be cautious not to inhale fumes when used for a long time or over a large area. Soaps or detergents can reduce the sterilizing effect of this medication, so wash the skin thoroughly to remove any soap residue before use. This medication adheres well to fabrics or cloths, so when used after soaking in the solution, frequently supply new solution to maintain effective concentration. As this product is flammable, caution is needed when using near fire or electrical equipment, and the area must be dried after use. Also, verify if there is a hypersensitivity to this medication or if there have been any past allergic reactions to similar medications. Safety measures must be strictly followed for safe use.
