View approved original text

When ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and cold sensations caused by chronic arterial occlusive disease are not sufficiently improved with cilostazol monotherapy, combination therapy with cilostazol and ginkgo biloba extract may be considered. This combination therapy helps to improve peripheral vascular circulation and alleviate symptoms. Additionally, the therapy is effective in preventing recurrent cerebral infarction, particularly in cases not caused by cardiogenic cerebral embolism. A suitable treatment plan should be established based on the patient's condition to manage symptoms and prevent recurrence, using this combination therapy to improve various symptoms related to blood circulation disorders and reduce the recurrence of cerebral infarction.
