How to take

Adult dose

As bromelain, take 100mg per dose, twice a day. Take with water 30 minutes before meals.

Child dose

Children 12 years and older should take the same dosage as adults.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with severe bleeding disorders, such as those with hemophilia. Patients with severe liver or kidney disease, especially those on dialysis, should also avoid this medication.
