Adult dose

Adults should take 4 tablets 3 times a day before meals or between meals.

This medication must be consulted with a specialist before use by patients with high blood pressure, those with heart or kidney issues, patients with edema, those who have had allergic reactions to medications, patients currently undergoing other treatments, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, children, and elderly individuals. If symptoms such as facial or limb swelling, increased blood pressure, muscle weakness or spasms, skin rashes or itching, digestive discomfort, cough, or respiratory distress, or symptoms of liver dysfunction occur during use, it is essential to stop taking the medication immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, it is important to discontinue use and consult a specialist. When taking this medication, be sure to adhere to the prescribed method and dosage, and if taking for long periods, regularly check blood pressure and serum potassium levels. Also, caution is necessary when taking with potassium supplements or certain diuretics, as it may lead to hypokalemia or muscle symptoms. When taking with other traditional herbal medications, ensure that the ingredients do not overlap. When storing, avoid direct sunlight and keep in a sealed container in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Serious side effects

Decreased urine output, severe swelling accompanied by increased blood pressure, liver dysfunction, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), general lethargy, interstitial pneumonia (fever, cough, shortness of breath, respiratory distress, lung sound abnormalities)
