If symptoms such as esophagitis, dysphagia, retrosternal pain, or heartburn occur, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a physician. Those with esophageal motility disorders, unable to sit or stand straight for more than 30 minutes, or have allergies to this drug or its components should not take it.
