Therefore, these vitamins are used for alleviating physical fatigue, managing health during pregnancy and lactation, recovery during and after illness, and promoting health in the elderly.

How to take

Adult dose

For adolescents aged 15 years and older and adults, take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medicine or any of its components. Also, infants under 12 months old or patients with severe renal dysfunction should not take this medicine. This medicine contains lactose; therefore, individuals with genetic diseases that prevent lactose digestion should avoid it. It's advisable not to take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids concurrently while on this medicine. If you are receiving medical treatment or have conditions such as hyperoxaluria, heart and circulatory diseases, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, gout, or kidney stones, you must consult a healthcare professional before taking this medicine. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, premature infants, and children should also seek advice before taking this medicine. If you experience gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, nausea, vomiting, abnormal heartbeats, or central nervous system symptoms while taking this medicine, stop using it immediately and consult a professional. If menstruation occurs earlier than usual or if bleeding persists, consult a physician. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thromboembolism may increase when taking vitamin E. Long-term high-dose use may lead to drug tolerance, and administering high doses of vitamin B12 may cause hematological adverse reactions. Overdose may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart problems; thus, caution is necessary. Especially when taken with anti-aldosterone drugs or triamterene, blood potassium levels may increase, so be careful. If symptoms do not improve after about one month of taking the medication, it is advisable to consult a professional. You must strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and usage, and it may affect blood glucose measurements during urinalysis, so this should be noted. It is advisable to avoid drinking teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before or after taking this medicine.
