Adult dose

Adults: Take 360 mg of grape leaf dry extract once daily with water before breakfast.

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to this drug or its components. Additionally, children and adolescents should not take this medication. Patients with glucose-galactose malabsorption should avoid taking this medication in capsule form. It is recommended that pregnant women or those who might become pregnant avoid this medication. Nursing mothers should also avoid this medication or consult a doctor, as it is uncertain whether it passes into breast milk. Women of childbearing age must consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If allergic reactions, skin rashes, hives, itching, or photosensitivity occur while taking this medication, immediately discontinue use and consult a professional. Digestive symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, or diarrhea may occur rarely, so caution is warranted. Headaches may also occur, and if these symptoms manifest, consult a healthcare professional. Particularly, if sudden severe pain, swelling, skin discoloration, tension, or warmth appears in one leg, it may indicate serious thrombosis, and one should contact a doctor immediately. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medication for more than 6 weeks, discontinue use and consult a professional to rule out other causes. Although this medication may require weeks of use for effect, care should be taken not to use it for more than 3 months. There have been no studies on the effects of this medication on driving or operating machinery, so caution is needed. While serious side effects from overdose have not been reported, the prescribed dosage should be followed. Recommended treatments such as wearing compression stockings or bandaging the legs, and washing with cold water should be maintained. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
