For mild to moderate pain and cold symptoms, take 200-400 mg orally 3-4 times a day. Adjust according to age and symptoms.
Child dose
For juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, administer 30-40 mg per kg of body weight divided into 3-4 oral doses daily. Children should receive this dosage 3-4 times daily. Children weighing less than 30 kg.

This medicine is effective for degenerative joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and is used for the relief of fever and pain due to the common cold, lower back pain, dysmenorrhea, and pain occurring after surgery. Additionally, it helps treat ankylosing spondylitis, headaches, toothaches, muscle pain, neuralgia, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, soft tissue injuries, as well as non-articular rheumatic diseases such as tendinitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis. Overall, it is widely used for various pain and inflammatory diseases to effectively improve symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, take 200-600 mg orally 3-4 times a day, with a maximum of 3200 mg per day. For mild to moderate pain and cold symptoms, take 200-400 mg orally 3-4 times a day. Adjust according to age and symptoms.

Individuals with heart or vascular problems, or those with risk factors, should be cautious when taking this drug at high doses or for long periods due to an increased risk of serious cardiovascular issues such as myocardial infarction or stroke. Serious gastrointestinal-related side effects, such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforation, may occur during the use of this medication, particularly in older adults or those taking it for extended periods. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding, severe blood abnormalities, very poor liver or kidney function, severe heart failure, or hypertension should not take this medication. Patients allergic to any of the components of this medication, or with a history of asthma or hypersensitivity to specific medications, should also avoid using it. It should not be taken during the last three months of pregnancy due to potential harm to the fetus, nor by patients undergoing high-dose methotrexate chemotherapy. Do not exceed the recommended dosage when taking this medication, and it is safer not to use it in conjunction with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. This medication can also be passed through breast milk, potentially causing serious side effects in infants, so nursing mothers should stop either this medication or breastfeeding. Patients with blood disorders, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension, or a history of hypersensitivity should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Additionally, if taken with certain medications, the risk of side effects from interactions may increase, so consult with a healthcare expert if you are taking any other medications. Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or high doses of methotrexate during chemotherapy.
