Precautions

This medication may increase heart rate, leading to symptoms of angina, so it is essential to monitor symptoms like chest pain carefully. It should be avoided in patients with a high risk of bleeding or those who have experienced recent bleeding, as well as patients with uncontrolled hypertension. This medication should not be administered to patients with congestive heart failure as it may worsen symptoms. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this drug or its components should avoid use, and pregnant women or nursing mothers should also refrain from taking it. Patients taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, thrombolytics, those menstruating, and patients with coronary artery stenosis should use this medication cautiously. Patients with severely impaired kidney or liver function, those with diabetes, patients with consistently high blood pressure, and those with cardiac rhythm abnormalities also require caution. This medication can cause serious side effects such as bleeding, decreased blood cell counts, pneumonia, heart problems, and liver dysfunction, so any unusual symptoms should be reported to healthcare professionals immediately. Additionally, various side effects such as headaches, digestive discomfort, skin rashes, dizziness, and palpitations may occur, and careful observation is needed. Dizziness may occur while taking this medication, so caution should be exercised when driving or operating machinery. This medication is metabolized in the liver, and may alter blood concentrations when taken with certain drugs, so attention to drug interactions is necessary. In particular, it should not be taken with grapefruit juice, and caution is advised when used with other blood-pressure-lowering medications. Pregnant or nursing women should not use this medication, and if necessary, breastfeeding should be discontinued. Safety in children and newborns has not been established, so use is not recommended. Elderly patients may have diminished bodily functions, hence dosage adjustments and caution are required. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as headache, diarrhea, hypotension, and rapid heartbeat may occur, and immediate medical treatment is necessary. Before and after taking, it is essential to monitor for signs of bleeding or blood-related symptoms, and consult a physician if any unusual symptoms arise.
