This medication should be administered to cerebral infarction patients only after symptoms have stabilized, and patients with hypertension should pay particular attention to blood pressure control. Dizziness may occur during driving or operating machinery, so caution is advised, and it is recommended to take the medication on an empty stomach as taking it with food can increase drug concentration and risk of side effects.
