Precautions

This medication can increase heart rate, which may lead to symptoms of angina, so careful observation for signs of angina such as chest pain is necessary. It should not be administered to patients at risk of bleeding or those who have had recent bleeding disorders or surgeries, nor to patients with congestive heart failure or allergies to this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as nursing mothers, should not take this medication. Patients taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, or thrombolytics should use it cautiously as the risk of bleeding may increase. Women during menstruation should also exercise caution due to potential bleeding risks. Patients with heart disease, severely impaired kidney and liver function, diabetes, and hypertension require special caution when using this medication. Various side effects such as headache, diarrhea, palpitations, joint pain, chest discomfort, and others may occur. If severe adverse reactions occur, use should be discontinued immediately and medical consultation should be sought. For patients with cerebral infarction, it should be administered only after symptoms have stabilized, and blood pressure control and interactions with other drugs should be monitored closely. Caution is advised as dizziness may occur when driving or operating machinery. Taking the medication with food may increase drug concentration, so it is recommended to take it on an empty stomach. This medication is metabolized in the liver, so caution is necessary as blood levels may increase when used with certain medications. Pregnant or nursing women should not use it due to potential effects on fetuses or newborns, and children or the elderly may require dosage adjustments depending on their physical condition. Overdose may result in headaches, diarrhea, hypotension, and tachycardia, and medical attention should be sought immediately.
