It is safe for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as nursing mothers, to avoid this medication. Patients taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, thrombolytics, etc., should be administered cautiously due to the increased risk of bleeding. Women who are menstruating need to be vigilant due to bleeding risks. Patients with coronary artery stenosis should be careful as increased heart rate may worsen angina symptoms when taking this medication. Patients with arrhythmias or structural heart abnormalities should closely monitor their cardiac condition after taking this medication. This drug may cause side effects like headache, diarrhea, palpitations, joint pain, and chest discomfort; consult a doctor if symptoms persist. If serious bleeding, blood abnormalities, hepatic dysfunction, pneumonia, or other symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. Dizziness may occur during this medication, so caution is advised when driving or operating hazardous machinery. Taking this medication with food may increase drug concentration and enhance side effect risks, so it is advisable to take it on an empty stomach and maintain a 3-hour interval from meals. As this medication is metabolized in the liver, informing about other medications taken concurrently is crucial, as drug concentrations may change. Women who are pregnant or nursing should not take this medication and should discontinue breastfeeding if on this medication.
