Precautions

This medication can increase heart rate and may cause angina symptoms such as chest pain, so symptoms should be carefully monitored. It should not be administered to patients at risk of bleeding or those with hemophilia, intracranial hemorrhage, or gastrointestinal bleeding. Patients with congestive heart failure or those who have experienced allergic reactions to this drug, as well as pregnant or nursing women, should also avoid use. Patients on anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, or thrombolytics should use it cautiously due to increased bleeding risk. Women during menstruation or patients with coronary artery stenosis, severe renal failure, or hepatic failure should also be administered with caution. This drug may cause side effects such as headache, diarrhea, palpitations, joint swelling, chest discomfort, and if severe adverse reactions occur, immediate consultation with healthcare professionals is recommended. For patients with cerebral infarction, administration should start after symptoms stabilize, and blood pressure should be closely controlled. Caution is needed when driving or operating machinery as dizziness may occur. Taking this medication with food can increase drug concentration and the risk of side effects, so it is recommended to take it on an empty stomach. It may interact with other medications, particularly anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, or CYP3A4 and CYP2C19 inhibitors, so follow expert guidance. Pregnant women or women capable of becoming pregnant should not take this drug, and nursing mothers should discontinue breastfeeding.
