This medication is used to alleviate ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and cold sensation due to chronic arterial occlusion. It also has the effect of suppressing recurrence after the onset of cerebral infarction, thereby helping to maintain the patient's health. Therefore, this drug is effective in improving blood circulation and alleviating symptoms caused by ischemia, as well as preventing the recurrence of cerebral infarction.
Typically, adults take 200 mg orally once a day. This drug should be taken on an empty stomach, avoiding meals.
This drug works to improve blood circulation and inhibit platelet aggregation. However, the use of this drug may increase heart rate, leading to symptoms of angina such as chest pain, so symptoms should be closely monitored. Patients at high risk of bleeding, those who have had recent bleeding, patients with heart failure, those who have had allergic reactions to this drug or its components, pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take this medication. Patients taking anticoagulants, women during menstruation, those with coronary artery disease, patients with severe kidney or liver dysfunction, patients with diabetes, hypertensive patients, those with heart rhythm abnormalities, and elderly patients with structural heart abnormalities should use this medication with caution. Side effects such as headache, diarrhea, palpitations, joint swelling, and chest discomfort may occur, and severe bleeding, decrease in blood cells, pneumonia, and heart problems may arise, so if abnormal symptoms appear, consult a doctor immediately. This drug should preferably be taken on an empty stomach, as taking it with meals may increase blood concentration and the risk of side effects; especially, it should be avoided after high-fat meals. When taken with other drugs that affect blood coagulation, the risk of bleeding may increase, so regular blood tests should be conducted. Pregnant women, women who could become pregnant, and nursing mothers should not take this medication, and its safety for children and neonates has not been established. Elderly patients may need adjustments in dosage due to decreased bodily functions. This drug may cause dizziness, so caution is advised when driving or operating machinery. In case of overdose, symptoms such as headache, diarrhea, hypotension, rapid heart rate, and arrhythmias may occur, requiring immediate medical attention.

This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture, preferably at a temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius. This storage method helps maintain the drug's effectiveness for a long time.
