This medication improves ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and coldness caused by chronic arterial occlusion, and is used to prevent recurrence after cerebral infarction. Therefore, it alleviates discomfort due to vascular circulation problems and helps prevent the recurrence of cerebrovascular disease.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults, take 200 mg once daily orally. This medication should be taken on an empty stomach, avoiding meals.

Precautions

This medication may increase heart rate, which could trigger angina symptoms; therefore, symptoms such as chest pain should be closely monitored. Patients at risk for bleeding or those with a recent history of hemorrhagic disease, patients with heart failure, patients allergic to this medication, and pregnant or nursing women should not take this medication. Patients taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents that increase bleeding risk, women who are menstruating, patients with heart diseases, severely impaired renal or liver function, and diabetic patients should use this medication with caution. Various side effects such as headaches, diarrhea, palpitations, and joint pain may occur; if any unusual symptoms arise, medical consultation should be sought immediately. This medication requires caution when administered to patients needing blood pressure control, and symptoms of bleeding or blood disorders should be reported immediately.
