Precautions

This medication may increase heart rate and cause symptoms of angina, so careful observation of symptoms such as chest pain is required. It should not be administered to patients at risk of bleeding or those with recent hemorrhagic strokes or active peptic ulcers. Patients with congestive heart failure or a history of hypersensitivity to this medication, as well as pregnant and breastfeeding women, should avoid its use.
