Precautions

This medication can increase heart rate, which may lead to symptoms of angina; therefore, careful observation of symptoms such as chest pain is necessary. Patients at risk of bleeding or those who have recently suffered from bleeding disorders, patients with congestive heart failure, individuals allergic to this medicine or any of its components, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not take this medication. Patients taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents, menstruating women, patients with coronary artery stenosis, patients with severe kidney or liver dysfunction, diabetes patients, patients with consistently high blood pressure, and patients with arrhythmias should be particularly cautious when using this medication. When taking this medication, side effects such as headaches, diarrhea, palpitations, joint pain, and chest discomfort may occur, and serious side effects such as severe bleeding, blood disorders, pneumonia, or heart problems may rarely arise, so any unusual symptoms should prompt immediate consultation with a healthcare professional. In patients with cerebral infarction, this medication is administered after symptoms have stabilized, and if used with high blood pressure or other antiplatelet agents, careful attention should be paid to blood pressure control and interactions. This medication can cause dizziness, so caution is needed when driving or operating machinery. Taking this medication with food can increase blood concentration and the risk of side effects, so it is advisable to take it on an empty stomach and maintain a gap of 3 hours between eating and taking the medication. This medication is metabolized in the liver, so caution is required when taken with certain medicines, as blood concentration may vary, and it should not be consumed with grapefruit juice. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take this medication, and its safety in children has not been established, so its use is not recommended. Elderly patients may require dosage adjustments due to decreased body function. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as headache, diarrhea, hypotension, rapid heartbeat, or arrhythmias may occur, requiring immediate medical treatment.
