Improvement of chronic arterial occlusion (ulcer, pain) and prevention of recurrent cerebral infarction.
This medication improves ischemic symptoms such as ulcers or pain and cold sensation caused by chronic arterial occlusion. It is also used to prevent recurrence after a cerebral infarction. Therefore, it helps improve vascular health and alleviate associated symptoms.
Typically, an adult takes 200mg orally once daily. This medication should be taken on an empty stomach, avoiding meals.
This medication may increase heart rate, which can pose a risk of angina symptoms and requires careful monitoring for symptoms such as chest pain. Patients at high risk for bleeding, those with a recent hemorrhagic stroke, peptic ulcer, or uncontrolled hypertension should avoid using this medication. It should also be avoided in patients with congestive heart failure as symptoms may worsen. Patients with allergic reactions to this drug or its components, pregnant or breastfeeding women should also refrain from use. Patients taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, or thrombolytics are at higher risk of bleeding and require caution. Women who are menstruating should use this medication with care due to the possibility of bleeding. Caution is needed for patients with severe renal or hepatic failure as drug concentration may increase. Diabetic patients may experience side effects like bleeding more frequently, so they should be careful. Patients with hypertension who have persistent high blood pressure or arrhythmias will also require careful dosing. This medication can cause dizziness, so caution is advised when driving or operating machinery. Taking this drug with food can raise blood concentration and increase the risk of side effects, so it is recommended to take it on an empty stomach and allow about 3 hours between meals and medication. There may be interactions with other medications, especially anticoagulants, antibiotics, or calcium channel blockers, so consultation with a specialist is necessary when taken together. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant should avoid use as it may affect the fetus, and breastfeeding women should discontinue breast feeding. Safety in children or infants has not been established, so caution is needed when using. The elderly may have decreased bodily functions, requiring dosage adjustments. In case of overdose, symptoms such as headache, diarrhea, hypotension, tachycardia may occur, and immediate medical attention is required. During the use of this medication, closely monitor for initial symptoms of blood disorders such as bleeding, fever, sore throat, and inform a physician immediately if any unusual symptoms arise.

This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to avoid exposure to air or moisture. Additionally, it should be kept in a place that is not too hot or too cold, ideally between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius.
