Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with bleeding as it may increase the risk of bleeding. It is safe to avoid administering to individuals with bleeding disorders such as hemophilia, gastrointestinal ulcers, or hemoptysis, as well as pregnant women or women who may become pregnant. Women on their menstrual period, patients with tendencies to bleed, or those taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents should use it with caution as the risk of bleeding may be increased. Patients with severely impaired kidney function and the elderly should also exercise caution when using this drug. During treatment, various adverse reactions such as urticaria, dyspepsia, diarrhea, headache, cough, and changes in blood pressure may occur, and if any symptoms arise, they should be reported immediately. Gastrointestinal bleeding, cerebral hemorrhage, blood disorders, and liver dysfunction may rarely occur; therefore, regular blood tests and health monitoring are important. The risk of bleeding may be increased when taken with anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents, so caution is needed when used in combination. It is advisable for pregnant or nursing women to avoid this medication as it may affect the fetus and newborn; if it is absolutely necessary, breastfeeding should be avoided.
