This medication is effective for acute non-infectious conjunctivitis with severe edema and redness, as well as allergic keratitis. It is also used for the treatment of non-infectious inflammatory diseases of the anterior segment, including anterior uveitis, episcleritis, and scleritis. It helps to relieve postoperative inflammation and is utilized after squint surgery, cataract surgery, and glaucoma surgery. Thus, it is used to improve various inflammatory conditions of the eyes.
During the first 24-48 hours, instill 1 drop every hour. Generally, instill 1 drop 2-3 times a day into the conjunctival sac.
