This medicine helps replenish physical strength with the vitamins B1, B2, and B6 when there is physical fatigue, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or when strength is decreased during or after illness. Additionally, it is effective in relieving pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and is used for oral inflammation such as stomatitis, cheilitis, and glossitis, as well as skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis. It also helps with beriberi and eye fatigue. The zinc component contributes to health as an essential mineral in the body. This medicine is used for improving overall physical strength and alleviating various pains and inflammation.

How to take

Adult dose

Aged 12 and older, adults: 1 bottle taken twice daily after meals

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by anyone with an allergic reaction to this medicine or its ingredients. Moreover, infants under 12 months of age should not take this medicine. Care should be taken not to concurrently take specific medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids. It is also advisable not to take it together with the drug Levodopa. If you are currently undergoing treatment by a doctor, have problems with heart or vascular function, have kidney disease, and are a patient with hypoproteinemia, always consult with a physician or pharmacist before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, loose stools, diarrhea, gastrointestinal disorders, indigestion, abdominal pain, low blood pressure, or pulmonary edema occur during the course of taking this medicine, you should immediately discontinue use and consult with a specialist. Additionally, caution is needed when taking Pyridoxine for long periods at doses over 500mg to 2g daily, as this can lead to problems with the peripheral nervous system. High doses can exacerbate peptic ulcers, disrupt blood sugar control, and pose risks of elevated uric acid levels or liver damage. In cases of excessive intake, gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea and vomiting may occur alongside symptoms like hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema. Caution should also be exercised when taking with anti-aldosterone agents or triamterene as this can significantly raise blood potassium levels. If this medicine is overdosed or if symptoms do not improve after about a month of use, immediate consultation with a specialist is necessary. When taking the medicine, the prescribed dosage and administration should be strictly followed, and it may turn urine yellow, affecting clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medicine. This medicine should be stored out of reach of children in a tightly sealed container away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place. Additionally, to maintain quality and prevent misuse, it is essential not to transfer it to another container.
